The Challenge
Building a production streaming service typically requires a team of engineers working over weeks or months. The challenge was to demonstrate that one person, directing a team of AI agents, could build and deploy a fully functional streaming platform in a fraction of the time.
The result: A production streaming service with on-demand video, content management, and automated video processing — built in 36 hours with 15,000+ lines of code across 76 files.
How It Was Built
Architecture & Planning
The Team Lead and Architect designed the system, identified the 13 OSC services needed, and created the project structure.
Infrastructure Setup
Provisioned all OSC services — databases, storage, video pipeline components, and application hosting — using the MCP integration.
Backend Development
Built the API layer, content management, video processing pipeline, and service integrations across multiple microservices.
Frontend Development
Created the viewer-facing web application with program guide, video player, and on-demand content browsing.
Integration & Testing
Connected all services end-to-end, tested video workflows from upload through transcode to playback, and resolved integration issues.
Launch
Deployed the production platform serving Streaming Tech Sweden conference talks to viewers.
