A FAST deployment scales along two axes: how many channels you run, and whether those channels sit on shared nodes or on nodes reserved for you. The entry configuration runs a channel on shared nodes; the reserved configurations run up to 10, 50 or 100 channels on reserved nodes.
Video Supply Combo
FAST channels can be combined with reserved video processing in a single configuration, so origination and transcoding scale together. The entry configuration shares both; the reserved configurations pair up to 10, 50 or 100 channels with 1, 2 or 3 reserved video processing nodes.
