OpenFGA

OpenFGA is an authorization and permission engine inspired by Google Zanzibar that lets you model and enforce fine-grained access control in your applications. It exposes developer-friendly HTTP and gRPC APIs for writing authorization models, storing relationship tuples, and performing authorization checks, with SDKs available for common languages. OpenFGA supports multiple storage backends, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQLite (beta), so you can choose the persistence layer that fits your environment. With Eyevinn Open Source Cloud (OSC), you can consume OpenFGA as a managed service instead of running and operating it yourself. That means no servers to provision, no Docker Compose stacks to maintain, and no time spent on configuring and tuning a production deployment just to get started. You get an OpenFGA endpoint ready to use, and it fits into the rest of OSC so you can provision and manage it alongside your other open source managed services.
